    These ESC and implementation partner participants are collaborators and mutually invested in advancing educational outcomes, aligning K-12 education with workforce needs, and building collaborative networks across the state.

     • Build relationships with peers, state leaders, and community partners to strengthen regional and statewide collaboration.
