Craig Burford
Executive Director

Craig Burford has served as OESCA Executive Director since 2000. He manages association operations and directs the policy development and lobbying efforts of the association through its grass roots network. He leads meetings for the OESCA Executive Committee, ESC Superintendents, the OESCA Critical Issues Committee and the OESCA Special Projects Committee.

David Larson
Deputy Executive Director

David Larson joined OESCA in July 2026. As Deputy Executive Director, he will help coordinate statewide initiatives, support member-driven projects, and ensure ESC perspectives are represented in policy and program discussions with state agency partners.
