OESCA Fall Conference

About

Ohio educational service center (ESC) leadership and staff are invited for networking, professional learning, state initiative updates and resource sharing at OESCA’s 2025 Fall Conference. The conference focuses on collaborative partnerships between and amongst Ohio’s ESCs and implementation partners. General Sessions and Keynotes will feature state and national leaders addressing emerging issues affecting students and staff across the state of Ohio. 

The fall conference is designed around the professional learning needs and interests of:
 • ESC leaders,
 • ESC Directors
 • ESC Program Staff
 • State education policymakers
 • Regional Implementation Partners
 • Workforce and community partners

Attendees will:
 • Access policy updates, and resources supporting the alignment of K-12 education with state workforce priorities.
 • Build relationships with peers, state leaders, and community partners to strengthen regional and statewide collaboration.
 • Gain actionable strategies for fostering agility and adaptability in students and educators, preparing them for lifelong learning and workforce success.
 • Learn best practices for connecting classroom learning with real-world career pathways, including work-based and project-based learning models.
