About

Ohio educational service center (ESC) leadership and staff are invited for networking, professional learning, state initiative updates and resource sharing at OESCA’s 2025 Fall Conference. The conference focuses on collaborative partnerships between and amongst Ohio’s ESCs and implementation partners. General Sessions and Keynotes will feature state and national leaders addressing emerging issues affecting students and staff across the state of Ohio.

Content

This annual professional learning experience and membership meeting, designed for ESC teams, will feature state and national speakers including presentations from:
  • Not for Profit Education Thought Leaders,
  • National Educational Service Agency Leaders,
  • AESA Representatives,
  • Statehouse Journalists & Insiders,
  • ESC-led breakout sessions,
  • The Ohio Department of Education,
  • Expert Panels, and 
  • Much more.

These speakers will cover a number of issue and service ares aligned to state priorities and the critical education and fiscal challenges currently facing ESCs and their client school districts. The conference will also provide several opportunities for job alike networking, regional meetings, and conversations with your colleagues across Ohio. ESCs are encouraged to bring teams.

Target Outcomes

Attendees will:
 • Access policy updates, and resources supporting the alignment of K-12 education with state workforce priorities.
 • Build relationships with peers, state leaders, and community partners to strengthen regional and statewide collaboration.
 • Gain actionable strategies for fostering agility and adaptability in students and educators, preparing them for lifelong learning and workforce success.
 • Learn best practices for connecting classroom learning with real-world career pathways, including work-based and project-based learning models.

Registration & Venue Details

  • $400 per OESCA/OTESCA Member (*Every 5th attendee may attend at 1/2 off) and $450 per Non-Member
    • Members will be billed at a pro-rated rate of $360 per 5-person team.
       
  • Deadline to register is August 28, 2026. Refunds will be given for cancellations made in writing on or before September 3, 2026.
