Dear Superintendents, Treasurers, and ESC Team Members,
As part of the Ohio Educational Service Center Association’s (OESCA) strategic planning process, I invite you to share your valuable insights by participating in our statewide Strategic Planning Survey.
This initiative is an important step in aligning our work with the needs of our members and defining our direction for the next 3–5 years. Your input will help us identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities to better serve Ohio’s 51 ESCs and the districts and students they support.
OESCA has partnered with The Impact Group, a strategic planning and communications firm, to help facilitate this process and ensure broad, meaningful engagement across our membership.

The survey will remain open through May 16, 2025.
In addition to the survey, we are offering focus group opportunities to engage more deeply in the planning process:
- In-person Focus Groups at the OESCA Spring Conference on May 12 (one session for Superintendents, one for Treasurers, and one for ESC staff members)
- Virtual Focus Group on May 15 (details and sign-up link will be shared later this month)
These sessions will provide a forum for you to share your perspectives and help shape the goals and direction of our organization.
