The U.S. Department of Education is inviting state education agencies to submit waiver requests to extend the period of availability for Fiscal Year 2022 consolidated administrative funds to March 31, 2026. Without an approved waiver, these administrative funds will expire Sept. 30, 2024. The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce is accepting comments on the request to extend the period of availability for Fiscal Year 2022 consolidated administrative funds.
