ESC-Specific Professional Learning on High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM)
There are several professional learning opportunities specifically created for Educational Service Centers (ESCs).

Ohio Materials Matter: HQIM Communities of Practice Participants will all attend the first and last sessions, then may select a three-session pathway where they will have an opportunity to collaborate on the creation of customized HQIM tools to support districts with understanding the importance of HQIM, managing adoption timelines, and engaging with vendors. These tools with be shared with ESCs throughout the state to promote the use of HQIM.

Ohio Materials Matter: HQIM Specialists’ Implementation Series Virtual sessions for HQIM Specialists to build skills implementing HQIM, mirroring the Ohio Materials Matter: HQIM Implementation project with Instruction Partners. Participants will participate in EITHER the Tuesday or the Thursday group. Thursdays:
