OESCA/OSBA Joint Seminar

Registration

Tuition is $120 per person for OESCA and/or OSBA member district representatives
Cost covers: Registration, Materials, Lunch and Refreshments.
 OSBA does not send confirmation of registration.
"Walk-in" registrations are welcome on a space-available basis only.

To register, check with your school treasurer for a purchase order number, complete the registration form, enclose a purchase order or check payable to OSBA and mail to:

You may register by phone or fax 24 hours a day. A purchase order number is required to register by phone or fax.

Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellations received by OSBA at least four workdays before the date of the workshop will receive a full refund or no charge to the district.
• Cancellations received less than four workdays before will have one-third of the fee charged to the district.
• No-shows and cancellations the day of the workshop will be charged the full registration amount.

LPDC/Award of Achievement credit:
This one-day seminar entitles board members to OSBA Award of Achievement credits. Local Professional Development Committee certificates of attendance will be issued to all workshop attendees. Participants will receive a certificate of completion.
