Ohio ESC Organizational Structure
Executive and Standing Committees
The Ohio Educational Service Center Association (OESCA),
formerly known as the Ohio County Superintendents Association, is a
501(c)(6) nonprofit education trade association representing the 56
Educational Service Centers (ESCs) throughout Ohio.
OESCA is a volunteer, member-driven association and, as such,
relies on its membership and staff, through the OESCA Executive and
Standing Committees, to carry forward work in support of the
association's mission and vision to provide access to high quality
programs and services to all students in Ohio regardless of where
they live and attend school.
